So it’s the last day of May, which means that I only have June, July, and half of August to lose 20 pounds, which is basically losing two pounds per week, which is generally not advised. I need to stay motivated all the time. I’m fine when I’m by myself at class and work, but as soon as I get home and there’s cake and nutella and baked ziti, I go crazy. These past two days haven’t been so bad when it comes to the amount of food I’ve been eating, but the types of food haven’t been the best. I need more fruits and vegetables. :(

And I’m not losing weight. I’ve stayed the same this whole week. It’s so frustrating!!! I need to go to the gym but I don’t have time unless I want to go after I finish my homework and it depends on how well I understand the chapter. I might go tonight though. Definitely going tomorrow though since I don’t have class and I’ll probably get out of work a little bit earlier than usual cause Deb doesn’t like being inside on Fridays lol.

Breakfast: apple and green tea (80 calories)

Dinner: Costco turkey and provolone sandwich (730 calories)

Water water water. Good day!

I did get some more motivation today. I was going through old photos so I could make the video montage for Ian’s graduation and found some pictures of me when I started high school. Ha! and I thought I was fat then. wow

Weigh in: 118.2 lbs. Yayyy!!! Keep it up!

Breakfast: honey nut cheerios (110 calories), unsweetened original almond milk (50 calories), some strawberries and blueberries (about 70 calories)

Lunch: Panera you pick two half country turkey sandwich and half thai chopped chicken salad and an apple (520 calories)

Dinner: problem-grandma made my favorite…sloppy joes. (about 600 calories total)

Total: 1350… not terrible but I definitely could have done a lot better. and didnt go to the gym cause it was closed. :(

3 ingredient Fat Free Raw Chocolate Mousse
(Serves 2-3)
4 egg whites (Or 8tbsp liquid egg whites)
5tsp agave syrup
1tbsp raw cocoa powder
Whip the egg whites in a bowl until stiff peaks form (You could always try holding the bowl over your head and hoping it doesn’t fall out when you think it’s done ;) ). Over a saucepan with water place a heatproof bowl with agave syrup over it until it becomes a bit more runny and whisk in the cocoa powder (If it gets too hot to stick your finger in, it’s no longer raw remember!). Fold the coca mixture into the Egg whites and place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. Divide between two or thee bowls and serve with a little shredded coconut or orange zest on the top :)

I pigged out yesterday let’s just leave it at that. I started out well, but then I found the nutella and pretzels and it went downhill from there. I’ll make up for it today though!

Breakfast: lots of watermelon!!! (230 calories)

Lunch: more watermelon lolz (46 calories)

Dinner: cheeseburger on an enriched wheat bun, two servings of steamed veggies with light cheese sauce, an Italian salad, and what else…more watermelon (621 calories)

Done for today!!! I’ve kept myself from eating icecream and hopefully it stays that way through tonight. :)

Total: 943 calories. Not bad. Within the goal. Haven’t gone to the gym though because all of Pittsburgh is in our house. Probs gonna go tomorrow before I head over to Aunt Catherine’s.

Weighing in tomorrow! Let’s see how this week has gone.
